Colletted in one between the more beautiful inlets of the
coast Ligurian, Lerici "the pearl of the gulf",
of which, is definite, after the spice, the more important
center is. Lerici is a town that offers, turist services
besides the natural beauty of the places and to the historical
monuments. From Lerici one catch up Luni and his excavations,
quarries made of marble of Carrara, Pisa, Florence, Genoa,
Parma with Luni airport and from La Spezia with ferryboat
services, Sardinia and Corsica briefly.

Today Lerici lives his dimension of turist
little, exclusive point preserving still intact the testimonies
of his past. Some between the mores importing and famous
voices of the poetry and some contemporary literature stay
here, during the enjoyable season.

along the eastern side of the Gulf of La Spezia, from the
Muggiano Bay to the Marossa, and which is sorrounded by
the Caprione, a chain of mountains which from the backbone
of the Commune of La Spezia. We suggest you to have a few
minutes'rest on your way from Bellavista to Serra, before
going down to the old center, and take a first look at this
breathtaking landscape from these very mountains. As the
sky is almost always clear, you will enjoy the indented
rocky coast, and its vegetation sloping down to the sea.
From Lerici, you can easily visit
the famous Cinque Terre. These are five villages built very
close to the cliff. They can be reached only by train or
through a foot-path called the "Via dell' Amore".
