Art and peace amidst the natural beauties of the wonderful, unpolluted Montagnola area near Siena. An ancient, medieval monastery built on an 11th century fortress, restructured in the 16th century by Sienese architect Baldassarre Peruzzi.
This medieval monastery is located in the wonderful Montagnola area 8 km southwest of Siena. Built in the llth century, it was converted to a grand country 500 years later. Our guests enjoy 2 swimming pools (one for children), a tennis court (lessons possible) and table tennis. A poolside snack bar is open during the summer season. In addition, there are lovely grounds for dining, lounging or playing ball.
The apartments, furnished with antiques and traditional Tuscan furniture have modern kitchens and bathrooms. While some are more luxurious than others, they are all bright and comfortable.
