This are the courses we do offer to our students in 2012:
Standard courses
The lessons of our standard courses are from Monday to Friday, from 8.45 a.m. to 1.10 p.m. with two breaks which total 45 minutes. The prices are as follows:
1-week standard course: Euro 250
2-week standard course: Euro 420
3-week standard course: Euro 520
4-week standard course: Euro 640
The courses are divided into 6 levels.
Standard + courses
The standard + courses combine the standard course in the morning and one hour of private lessons in the afternoon per day. The times of the afternoon will be arranged with the teachers on the beginning of the course. The prices are as follows:
1-week standard + course: Euro 425
2-week standard + course: Euro 720
3-week standard + course: Euro 910
4-week standard + course: Euro 1.130
The courses are divided into 6 levels.
Intensive courses
The intensive courses combine the standard course in the morning and two hours of  private lessons in the afternoon per day. The times of the afternoon will be arranged with the teachers on the beginning of the course. The prices are as follows:
1-week intensive course: Euro 535   
2-week intensive course: Euro 980
3-week intensive course: Euro 1.360
4-week intensive course: Euro 1.720
The courses are divided into 6 levels.

Private lessons
For those who seek a teaching program directed to meet a particular need, we advise private lessons. It is possible to arrange with the teacher the content and times of the lessons, which provide the advantages of an individual approach to the language and of a particularly intensive course of study. Our rule is to offer private lessons for a minimum of two hours of 55 minutes per day.
One hour of private lessons costs Euro 40

For all those who want to combine the standard course with a few individual lessons we offer a packet of 6 hours of private lessons at the rate of Euro 220 and a package of 10 hours of private lessons at the rate of Euro 360.

Preparation for Italian Certificates
We prepare students for entry to examinations for either the CILS certificate of l'Universita per Stranieri di Siena or the CELI certificate of l'Universita per Stranieri di Perugia. This preparation includes the use of authentic examination material, newspaper articles, audiovisual aids and grammar exercises. The examinations are held in special dates. Our secretary will be pleased to give you further information. The preparation for the certificates is done only in private lessons.

Business Italian
Technical language, the language peculiar to the worlds of commerce, technology, economics, management, everyday office language, are all taught either privately or in groups. On request, we also offer the language required by the professions, for example, law, medicine... ). Lessons of this kind require a basic knowledge of the Italian language. Group prices on request.
One hour of Business Italian costs Euro 40

All our language courses are accompanied by a parallel program which gives participants the opportunity to explore a little of the region, past and present.
Wine course
Montepulciano is the ideal place for perfecting your Italian in an informal and relaxed way, learning something more about the town's excellent red wine. The course lasts one week and integrates theoretical lessons with visits to various "cantinas" and wine-tasting sessions.

Art Walks
Montepulciano, "the pearl of the 16th Century" and Pienza, a model Renaissance town, declared as part of the human patrimony by UNESCO, are two of Tuscany's centers where the Renaissance reached its maximum level of development. For art lovers, we offer a one-week course in which students learn Italian while walking around churches, palaces and speaking about art.
Cooking classes
Il Sasso, in collaboration with the restaurant "Le Logge del Vignola", offers creative Tuscan cooking classes. "Le Logge del Vignola" is situated in the historic center of Montepulciano, opposite the school. Here Massimo will prepare typical Tuscan dishes together with you, using fresh local produce. Courses are available throughout the year, every day except Tuesday, and are held in the morning, 9.30 am - 11.30 am. There's a minimum of 2 participants. You can choose whether to prepare a full meal or concentrate on a particular type of dish.
